Introduction
I started this site because there is a lot of false or misleading information on the internet regarding the care of Varanus exanthematicus, the savannah monitor lizard. Different sources give contradictory information and it’s a huge task for a beginner to filter everything out. Since wild savannah monitors are still caught in large numbers ( see export ), it's our task to properly care for and breed these beautiful varanids. I hope this site can help. | ||
